Fresh Produce Supply Chain Coordination Based on Freshness Preservation Strategy

Today, consumers are increasingly demanding higher quality in fresh agricultural products. The issues that need to be addressed now how keep products and coordinate the operations of supply chain participants. Three decision models developed this paper using Stackelberg model: supplier-led making, retailer-led centralized making. comparative model analysis shows following: (1) Regardless model, system under decision-making is always more profitable than or one. (2) optimal profit freshness preservation strategy depends on sensitivity coefficient price freshness. (3) Suppliers retailers can costs inputs according cost-sharing coordination contract structured. (4) Finally, numerical applied demonstrate correction model.
